I got a call from Ron Culver, the pastor, yesterday morning. He informed me that the concrete trucks were
there on site at that time and he was wondering if he needed to do anything ?...Hmmmm...Let's see...I
asked him "who is your contractor and what was he told at the pre -con meeting Mr Culver indicated that
he was pretty much the contractor and didn't recall attending any meeting.
I contacted Larry Davis and Larry indicated that his truck was in the shop so I called Lee Stone and asked
him to swing by. There was a testing lab on site, so we asked for a lab reports to be furnished. I went by
later and the only concrete placed was the south end parking spaces.
Since Larry is aware of the situation, I would think that he could get them into your system, plan review,
pre -con, etc., as he thinks necessary from your end.
Lee and Larry communicate fairly well and maybe Larry will ask Lee to coordinate.

I understand that they are moving along with this project and are preparing to pour the concrete for the fire
lane. They never submitted anything to engineering for review and we have not assessed them for impact
and /or inspection fees nor have we issued them a Construction Development Permit. How would you
suggest we proceed?
