RE: Assured Self Storage -Belt Line Road
Dear Mr. Griffin:
I was recently retained by Mr. Valk to assist in the process pursuant to which you
requested a special use permit to construct a self storage building on Belt Line Road. I
am therefore somewhat familiar with the anticipated construction. As more definitive
plans have been developed, it has now been learned that sewage facilities are not
directly accessible to the parcel of property. It has been suggested that a sewer line be
installed to the east. However, for those reasons stated in the letter of Mr. Walter J.
Nelson to you dated November 5, 2002, it is not practical or economically feasible to
connect to the sewer line to the east. As a result, Mr. Nelson has proposed a number of
other options which I believe should be workable. I would therefore request that you
review the proposal and contact me at your earliest convenience so that we can arrange
a meeting between yourself, Mr. Griffin and myself to discuss how best to move forward
with the development of the self storage building as anticipated by the special use
permit.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Very truly y urs,
