Kirk, here is your approval. I will cover permit cost if any, add to proposal. Get tree survey from Chris, it
shows all protected trees. On all trees that are 8" circumferance or greater in the City's ROW, please cut
two foot above ground so the city can take trunks out later. On the area east of Northpoint, they need to
clear cut 20 feet into our property (beyond property line to south). This will allow us room to possibly put in
a small berm and grass along the roadway to separate bushland until we are ready to develop the site.

Jim
I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. It's ok to remove the trees
from the City right of way. There is no agreement required. Just a
submit a plan of the trees to be removed and fill out a construction l
permit.

Glenda - I spoke with Suzan Taylor from the City of Coppell this morning
about a project notification I received from her yesterday along E. Sandy
Lake Road. We determined that this project will not affect the TA Den -Dal
route but also made note in my R &U spreadsheet of one that will tentatively
in 2004 along W. Sandy Lake Road. I am requesting you send us both as
attachment to this e-mail, at your earliest convenience of course, a blow -up
of the general route map you have sent me before in this area for the
portion on the edges of the City of Coppell from its entrance at Hwy 121 & W.
Sandy Lake Road proceeding SE to where it crosses S. Belt Line Road south of
the city limits. Thanks. Marc
