RE: Tree's @ Right of Way

Because it will be several years before we start Sandy Lake, go ahead and have the trees cut flush with
the ground. We will deal with the roots when we build Sandy Lake. We just need info on where they are
so we can incorporate that info in the plans for Sandy Lake. Sorry for the original wrong direction on
leaving stumps.

Kirk, here is your approval. I will cover permit cost if any, add to proposal. Get tree survey from Chris, it
shows all protected trees. On all trees that are 8" circumferance or greater in the City's ROW, please cut
two foot above ground so the city can take trunks out later. On the area east of Northpoint, they need to
clear cut 20 feet into our property (beyond property line to south). This will allow us room to possibly put in
a small berm and grass along the roadway to separate bush land until we are ready to develop the site.

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. It's ok to remove the trees
from the City right of way. There is no agreement required. Just
submit a plan of the trees to be removed and fill out a construction
permit.
