We noticed that the location of the explorer pipeline depicted on the
July 1971 Explorer Pipeline-DFW Airport Right-Of-Way Agreement does not
match the actual field location of the pipeline. The agreement shows
the pipeline running parallel to Bethel Road up to DFW Monument 29
(about 1000 ft west of Royal Lane), then turning to the southeast and
crossing Royal Lane about 918 ft south of Bethel. According to the
locates provided by Explorer's Contract Pipeline Locator, the pipeline
parallels Bethel Road up to Royal Lane, then turns 90 degrees to the
south and parallels Royal Lane. Do you have any additional right-of-way
documents subsequent to the July 1971 document that would match the
actual location of the pipeline. Thanks.
