Dear Mr. Gdffin:
As you are aware, Pacheco Koch has been requested to provide services on the
referenced site that we believe are outside the Scope of Work of our initial proposal
dated December 21,2001, and subsequent additional services proposals as applicable.
These services are as follows:
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS: This item includes the preparation of
construction specifications and contract documents for the above referenced
project. These documents will be produced in a format provided by the client.
Aisc included in this item is the preparation of a unit price bid schedule as well as
the description of pay items.
We propose that the fee for our current contract be increased by an hourly basis, not to
exceed $ 750.00, to cover personnel expenses involved in these changes. Terms and
conditions shall be the same as per our original agreement.
