The purpose of this letter is to put into writing our agreement regarding the wood bollards
along the alley and the sidewalk along Mockingbird.
As shown on the plans, wood bollards are to be placed along the north side of the alley at the
northeast comer of the project and as we discussed today, a sidewalk in front of the Fron
tennis courts is to be built. You have my assurance that, weather permitting, both of these
shall be completed within sixty days of this letter. The open area south of the Fron tennis
courts, is to be platted into a lot by it's owners and a sidewalk should be built as required by
the City, along with that project. The development fees relating to that lot should be paid to the
City by the applicant prior to approval.
