Dear Garreth;
The purpose of this letter is to put into writing our agreement regarding the Line "A" drainage
outfall at the southeast corner of the property.
As we discussed, the completion of this as shown on the plans can not take place until the
adjoining property owner develops his property. By this letter you have my assurance that
our portion of this outfall drainage shall be completed by us at the appropriate time.
