Please find attached for your review and comment copies of the strip shopping center (Parcel
No. 6) and the nursery (Parcel No. 7). After reviewing the parcels and receiving your approval,
we will sign and seal the plats and deed information and send you executed copies for your use.
Parcel No. 7 for this MacArthur/Sandy Lake intersection project does not have any additional
impacts, but on the extension of Sandy Lake Road Project there is a slope easement on the
nursery's property which require additional survey work. This survey work is being negotiated
with the County at the present time.
