Early Grading Plans
Dear Mr, Bratton:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. FYI: Detailed drainage information has not been submitted for this project. It is possible
that some grading changes may occur once a full set of civil drawings is submitted for

2, Only preliminary dirtwork will be allowed, No permanent improvements are to be made
until final construction plans have been submitted and approved.
Please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp, The City of Coppell requires two
sets for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction
operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by
the City of CoppelL In addition, we require a "Hold Harmless" letter from the property owner
indicating that additional grading changes may be necessary once the full set of civil drawings
are submitted for review,
The 2% inspection fees for the grading portion of the project must be paid to this office prior to
