Mr. Stone,
The Holmes Builders is requesting a C.O. for the home at 748 Deforest Rd. in order for
the homeowner to insure the residence. We understand this is not a true and final C.O.
until Larry Davis signs off on the development phase of C.O. The road has not been
completed as per plans, due to the paving company cannot apply that type of road in the
winter. Weather permitting; the road will be installed per site plan specs as of March 1,
2003. The homeowner has submitted a letter to the Coppell Fire Department regarding
the maintenance of the road until final top is installed. Please contact me with any
