TXU Electric Company has reviewed and decided not to approve your request, for use of it's Right
of Way to construct a 20' elevated sidewalk. TXU Electric reviews every request to use its
property to assure the integrity of the right of ways is, preserved, for the efficient operation and
maintenance of its electrical facilities, and to protect the public safety.
After prudent review, TXU Electric Company has determined that allowing the elevated sidewalk
within TXU Right of Way, would be inconsistent with this operational guideline. Therefore, please
alter your plans not to involve TXU Electric Company's right of way. Thank you for your patience
and cooperation.
