I left a voice mail on 12/7/01 but I will follow up w/ an email. You stated that the plans will need to be
revised due to clearances. However, to date, no one has been able to tell me how high the existing wires
are. Allen Keller did tell me that the required clearances were 22' - 138kv & 26' - 345kv. He also
discussed rerouting the walkway in a circuitous route adjacent to the txu poles. The rerouting does not
make sense to pursue until we know the height of the existing wires. It is possible that we already meet
clearances w/ the current design. There was also discussion about lowering the walkway. Again, no
rerouting or lowering can be pursued until we know the height of the existing wires.
Could you please help with providing the information on the wires that we need? It was my understanding
that txu had already approved the concept before we even started.
Your help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Ken, in regard to the crosswalk we need the revised plans due to clearances we
must maintain. You should have received a memeo from Reeves Partain concerning
the street lights. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thanks.

I'm trying to get an update on the street light installation along Sandy Lake.
TXU signed the contract several years ago. I sent a letter to Rick Fielding but
he passed it on to Reeves Partain. I'm just trying to get a time line.
y On another matter, do you have any updated news on the proposed crosswalk across
the TXU property near Riverchase?
Your assistance in these matters would be appreciate. Thanks
