Dear Mr. Griffin:
You have recently submitted revised plans in regards to your proposed elevated walkway to be
constructed across the Oncor transmission corridor located south of Sandy Lake Road and east of
MacArthur Blvd. in Coppell, Texas. This transmission corridor consists of four Oncor transmission
lines supported by lattice steel towers. This walkway is proposed to not exceed an elevation level of
446 feet MSL.
Please be advised that either of your plans conforms to the criteria as presented to you in my letter
dated March 20, 2002. Select whichever route that is most agreeable to the City of Coppell.
Please prepare and submit detailed plans reflecting the revised route that you choose for
construction. I can be reached at 817/215 -6165 to discuss this issue with you.
