07/15 1. BJM called Shannon Gray and left a message.
07/16 1. BJM called Shannon Gray, left a message.
07/17 1. BJM called Shannon, and he stated that they are still waiting on one more approval. He
stated that he would find out what the hold up is.
2. Shannon called back and stated that the 20' sidewalk easement was disapproved for
environmental reasons. BJM requested a letter of explanation for the disapproval. Shannon
will send letter to BJM via email and mail. BJM called Suzan Taylor and explained the
situation.
07/19 1. BJM mailed one copy of civil plans to Mike Millican with Aguirre Corp.
