RE: Riverchase Sidewalk Project #SW 00 -01
Dear Mr. Malazzo:
For over a year the City of Coppell has been in conversations with Oncor (TXU)
concerning the alignment of the elevated sidewalk that will connect the Riverchase
area to Riverchase Elementary School. In our last correspondence with you we
indicated that we were waiting on the official approval from Oncor. In our most
recent correspondence with Oncor, dated July 23, 2002, we were notified that Oncor
is denying our request for use of its right -of -way to construct the elevated sidewalk.
However, we continue to work with representatives of Oncor to reach a resolution
for the installation of the elevated sidewalk.
We will keep you informed of any changes that occur.
