a. PK is to provide Suzan with two signed sealed copies of the H.O.A. easement
documents.
b. PK is to provide Suzan the legal description and exhibit of the new aligned sidewalk
across St. Joseph's property
c. BJM will submit TAS review prior to Ken's specifications review.
09/06 1. BJM sent H.O.A. easement documents to Suzan Taylor.
a. Suzan called and stated that she would like a drawing of the St. Joseph's easement
sometime on Monday (09/19) because Aguirre is meeting with Ken on Tuesday (09/10).
