Dear Sir:
The City of Coppell will be accepting bids on the referenced project prior to October 8, 2002, 2:00
p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read. A Pre -Bid conference has been
scheduled for this project at Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd. at 10:00 a.m, on September
30, 2002. The conference is not mandatory; however, all interested bidders are strongly encouraged
to attend.
The Scope of Work is generally as follows:
This project shall consist of the installation of approximately 500 linear feet of an 8 -foot
wide elevated sidewalk and foundation, approximately 280 square yards of 4 -inch concrete
sidewalk and barrier free ramps.
