Dear Ms. Turner:
During the development process of the first building in the Duke Freeport Addition, it was
determined that an internal looped water system could provide considerable savings. With future
expansion in mind, multiple water stub outs were provided to the north so that an additional
parallel system would not be required. As part of the Freeport X Development, we propose to
utilize these existing taps. We understand that water utilized from this system could generate a
bill on another property. However, since Duke Realty Corporation owns all buildings in this
Industrial Park, we will be responsible for paying for all water usage.
