Dear Ms. Nolte:
In response to your request for information, re: construction activities in the area of Denton
Tap Road and Highland Road from April 1, 1997 to July 31, 1997, I submit the following.
The City of Coppell did enter into a contract with the City of Lewisville and S.J. Lewis
Construction for work to be done on Denton Tap Road that included the area of Highland
Road. However, construction began on our portion of that work in January of 1998, well after
the timeframe you have indicated.
Coppell Greens, Phase I Subdivision was constructed along the west side of Denton Tap north
of Highland Road. However, construction did not begin on that project until March 1998.
A search of my daily diary, project flies and other documentation revealed no record of
construction activities in the area you mentioned during the timeframe you suggested.
Additionally, I have no personal knowledge of any work that my have taken place at that
specific location during that specific time.
