When is the utility meeting in September, or have I already missed it.
I am in the process of contacting the various utilities and will tell
them they can pick up plans in the utility meeting if it is not to
late.

Sverdrup should be neady complete with final plan revisions. They will
send Ken a copy of the revised sheets for approval and then print final
plans.
We have sent various submittals to all of the usual utilities: TXU
(Oncor) Electric and Gas, SWB, Verizon, DWU, TRA, Cable. They were
offered a set of plans as recently as last month. SWB sent a letter
stating they had no known facilities in the area.
Water lines should have been avoided but there will be manholes,
valves, vaults, etc. requiring adjustment. We definitely need to
contact DWU to see if they have plans. They can get a set from me. I
will also offer to distribute plans again to anyone who needs them at
our next Utility Meeting in September.

What is the status of the Sandy Lake Road plans, has Sverdrup finaled
them yet? Also, I need a list of the utilities that received a copy
of
the plans. Do you know which of the utilities will not be impacted by
the proposed constuction? It is my understanding that the plans were
designed to avoid conflicts with many of the large utilities such as
the
DWU and Irving water lines.
