Scott:
Jeremy Giddion with Dynamic Tech called on July 18, 2002 to request
information about our requirements for relocation submittals. He is
doing the work for Qwest. I also have talked with Charles Martinez with
Brower Design, who is doing the relocation design for Southwestern Bell,
Metromedia Fiber, AT&T, Adelphia and Touch America. I discussed with
both Jeremy and Charles the need to coordinate the relocation of Qwest
with the other fiber optics. Touch America and Qwest are currently in
the same trench.
Power Engineers had previously sent in relocation plans for Touch
America that showed lowering the fiber optic in the locations that
conflicted with the proposed improvements. In talking with Charles, I
gathered that Power Engineers was no longer doing the relocation.
We need to ensure that the relocations are coordinated.

Dear Ken,
Is there a website where I can pick up an application
for a
construction permit for the City of Coppell to relocate our fiber on
Bethel
Rd? Also do you know of any other jurisdictions that will require a
permit
from Qwest to relocate our fiber on Bethel Rd.? Thanks for your
assistance.
