Dear Ken,
Is there a website where I can pick up an application for a
construction permit for the City of Coppell to relocate our fiber on Bethel
Rd? Also do you know of any other jurisdictions that will require a permit
from Qwest to relocate our fiber on Bethel Rd.? Thanks for your assistance.
