I made the revisions to the letter and I am sending an original
through
the
mail today. You should have it by Thursday. At our last meeting we
had
discussed that they City would add their on letter to ours and forward
them

both to ISI. The thinking was that our letter would serve as our
review /response to the City and the City would turn around and forward
our
response to the Contractor with their response.
