I think the idea was that we would send a signed copy of our letter to
the
City and then Ken would take it and add his own letter and forward them
both
to ISl.

are not many items left on the punch list, once the grassing is done.
The letter addressing the requests for additional compensation, who is
supposed to sent that to ISI - you or Ken?

I just spoke to Dennis with ISl. He made sure to give me an earful
regarding the letters that they sent. I told him we didn't need to
discuss
the issues over the phone. Basically he just wanted to tell me that
they
are starting the sod and that they plan on being finished by the 13th.
He
wants to wait until all the grass is down before we meet. He also has
another job that he said requires his full attention right now. He
wants to
meet on the 17th at 10 am. Maybe we should meet out there some time
next
week and go over some of the items on the punch list prior to our
meeting
the following week with Dennis.

The grass subcontractor is on the project. They are tilling the soil
in preparation for the installation of the solid sod and the hydro
mulch.
It appears as if the modular brick wall is starting to fail in one
location, at approximately the middle of the wall.
