It's good to hear that the sod is finally going down.
Dennis called me while I was gone and I returned his call this morning, but
he was out. Ill try and get a field meeting set up ASAP and we can take a
look at everything.

The grass subcontractor is on the project. They are tilling the soil
in preparation for the installation of the solid sod and the hydro
mulch.
It appears as if the modular brick wall is starting to fail in one
location, at approximately the middle of the wall.

I just spoke to Dennis with ISl. He made sure to give me an earful
regarding the letters that they sent. I told him we didn't need to discuss
the issues over the phone. Basically he just wanted to tell me that they
are starting the sod and that they plan on being finished by the 13th. He
wants to wait until all the grass is down before we meet. He also has
another job that he said requires his full attention right now. He wants to
meet on the 17th at 10 am. Maybe we should meet out there some time next
week and go over some of the items on the punch list prior to our meeting
the following week with Dennis.
