Suzan,
I am going to be out of the office tomorrow, Friday and Tuesday. I spoke to
one of the Landscape Architects in our office and he said go ahead and get
the sod down now. The specs say that after September 15th the Contractor
can add Rye to the sod to get it to hold. I would go ahead and send Dennis
a letter letting him know that they need to get the sod down ASAP. You can
contact Dan if you have any other questions.

As previously discussed with Larry, could you please forward a letter to
Dennis Hammock concerning the placement of the hydro mulch and the
solid sod. It is our concern that ISI has not placed the hydro mulch
and sod over the past three weeks - they may have exceeded the
germination and growing period for burmudas for the year 2002.
