We have no problem meeting on Wednesday, but we would prefer that ISI

Sorry, Dan is taking his daughter to college on Thursday so he won't
here
and he's not sure if he will be back on Friday. Wednesday is good for
him
and he even suggested having it during lunch. Otherwise Monday would

We did not plan on meeting with the contractor tomorrow, it was going
to
be a meeting between SRA and the City. We are looking for guidance
from
SRA in responding to the requests for compensation. We can meet at

I just spoke to Philip after I received the fax and he said he wasn't
aware

of a meeting tomorrow at 1:30. I'm assuming that you are still trying
to
get that set up. I talked to Dan and we don't feel like we would be
prepared to meet tomorrow. There is a lot of information in that fax
that I
am going to need to sort through and that isn't enough time. If we
are
going to meet we want a chance to be prepared. Some time later in the
week
would work better for us. Dan also suggested that we meet prior to
the
Contractor arriving so that we can get on the same page. Can you give
me
some idea as to how the City is viewing all of this?
Philip also let me know that he is leaving ISI and Friday will be his
last
day. He said that more than likely he would not attend the meeting
regardless of the day and time.

There is no need for them to wait on a sodding plan, Billy has been
shown the sodding limits. The meeting set for 9:00 on Wednesday is
fine.
We just received 8 requests for consideration of equitable
compensation
from ISI totaling $233,778.63. These requests were written by Dennis
Hammock. I am faxing you a copy of the requests for your review and
comments. We request that you attend a meeting on Tuesday, August 20
at
1:30 in the City office pertaining to these requests. Please bring
any
background information that you may have that would indicate
justification for payment related to these items outside of what was
stated in the contract documents, the work schedules provided by
ISI,or
the traffic control plan for the construction of Ruby and Freeport as
provided by ISI.

I just spoke with Philip at ISI and we set up a meeting for Wednesday

am. Could you check with Larry to see if that will work for him. I
told
Philip that we wanted to discuss some of the last remaining items on
the
punch list. Philip did say that he was waiting on a sodding plan from
the
City so you could probably just bring that to the meeting on Wednesday
to
give to Philip.
