Suzan,
Last time I met with Larry out on the site he pointed out that there were
some areas of the modular block retaining wall that had a number of damaged
blocks. He wanted to me to write a letter to Philip regarding this but
thinking about it, it would probably be better if we just added the item to
the punch list. If we put it on the punch list then we force ISI to address
the issue. You can add the following item to the punch list:
12. Repair/replace damaged blocks in modular block retaining wall.
Larry also asked me to address the letter that Philip sent over this
afternoon regarding the Tennis Center contractor driving on Creekview. I'm
still looking through both the job specs and the COG specs as Larry
requested and we are also going to contact the contractor for the Tennis
Center to find out what his schedule is for bringing in equipment to his
site.
