ST0001-CS020723Suzan Ta for - Creekview P age 1 From: "Schnitger, Chris" <cschnitger @sradesign.com> To: 'Suzan Taylor' <staylor @ci.coppell.tx.us> Date: Tue, Jul 23, 2002 1:55 PM Subject: Creekview Suzan, Larry asked me to try and get you a sod plan by the end of the week. I've enclosed a CAD copy of our base that we are using for the sidewalk plans. I went ahead and hatched all the areas that we discussed at the last field meeting as needing sod. You will notice that the shaded areas do not include the areas disturbed by the berms. All the shaded areas add up to about 5960 SY of sod. I also calculated some areas on the north side of Creekview between the sidewalk and the back of curb. The shaded areas encompass the entire area from the back of curb to the sidewalk, however if you go by the specs and only put in 5' behind the curb and 2' on either side of the walk we have approximately 1300 SY excess to use on the berms and other areas. Here are SBA's suggestions: - Sod all disturbed areas on top of the modular retaining wall - Sod the entire area from the back of curb to the base of the modular retaining wall - Sod 2' behind the back of curb for the remainder of the south side of Creekview Drive - Sod the north side of Creekview per the specs - 5' behind the curb and 2' on either side of the sidewalk. - Sod the entire median island on Freeport Parkway - Sod the 4' between the sidewalk and back of curb along Freeport Parkway - Sod 2' behind the sidewalk along Freeport Parkway The total amount of sod for the above mention areas equals approximately 4700 SY. This leaves the City with 1300 SY to cover the berms and other areas they wish to cover. The City could even come back and fill in some of the areas on the north side of Creekview between the back of curb and the sidewalk. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call.
