Billy told me that his sub went to the City and they wouldn't tell him how
much it cost. I told Billy that they probably wouldn't have to pay for it
but there would probably be some paper work involved. I will call Billy
back and let him know that they will not have to pay for it.
Thanks,
Chris

I told Utilities last week that someone from ISI would be coming by to
pick up a two -inch meter. It is my understanding that ISI will not be
required to pay for the meter.

Suzan,
I just wanted to let you know that I met Billy out on site yesterday to
look
at the sidewalk grading at the berm closest to Freeport. Billy came
across
an irrigation control valve box on west end of the berm. They've also
uncovered the irrigation line at the top of the berm. I guess Larry
had
asked Billy to call me. I told Billy that he needs to proceed with
grading
and if the irrigation line needs to be lowered then it needs to be
lowered.
Right now he has the slope from the sidewalk to the top of the berm at
about
a 2:1. The berm farthest from Freeport looks really good.
Billy also called me this morning regarding the 2" meter for the
irrigation.
The bid proposal has an item (513) for a 2" tap. Normally the city
will
provide meters 3" and smaller. I'm not sure if this is the case in
Coppell.
I tried to look for a note on the Standard Details but our copy that
we
obtained from the City is not very legible. Billy isn't sure what he

needs
to do. I told him he needs to go to the utilities department and
inquire
about the meter. Someone at the City has to know how Billy can get a
2"
meter.
