I just called Billy and I told him that the entire sidewalk needs to be
built with the exception of the drive for the Tennis Center. I told him I
would come out and look at the alignment once they have the centerline
staked. I was out there Monday and they had about a 1/3 of it staked.

The sidewalk plans that ISI and I have show the section of sidewalk at
the stockpile being omitted. According to Billy, ISI was unaware that
this section is to be constructed. Could we both get a set of updated
plans.

That is okay. I just wanted to make sure that we had the most current
set in the office and in the field. Since we have the most current set,
I will make a note on our plans that the stockpile portion is included
in this contract.

I never put together an updated set of plans. All the information to
build
the sidewalk is there. The only difference is that the omitted section
is
shaded in. I can re -plot them if you like. I will call Billy and let
him
know that he is to build all of the sidewalk with the exception of the
tennis center drive.
