I was going to suggest since we are supposed to have our Thursday
meeting at
the site this week that we try and get everyone to meet on site
Thursday to
discuss the sidewalk situation. I checked with Dan and he is
available.
Check with Ken when he gets back and let me know if that will work.

We still have concerns about the sidewalk being built along the berms.
We think that additional change orders will be required for the
excavation and irrigation repairs. I sent Daniel some information
about
the berm area. Ken also does not want the sidewalk to have gaps in
it.
Dan HaRman told Ken that he feels that the sidewalk can be
constructed
as per the plans. He wanted all of us to meet at the project site.
Ken
will be back next Wednesday. The sidewalk is on hold at this time.

I heard that there was an issue with the sidewalk along Creekview
while
I
was gone. Apparently Ken wanted to have a meeting to discuss the
layout?
Do you know anything about this? I was told that Ken would be out of
the
office for the next two weeks. I'm trying to figure out what the
current
status of the sidewalk is at this time. Do I need to get in touch
with
Larry?
