I just think the letter will have more meaning if comes from the City. I
know Larry mentioned charging for each day that they are late. You might
want to mention the portion of the specifications that addresses this issue.

ISI has not requested any rain days to date. Larry wanted you to sent a
letter to ISI letting them know how many days they had used and how many
days they had left ot complete the project. Just a warning to them that
their time is running out and they have only completed about 40% of the
project. I put the summary together to let Ken know where we stand.

As long as the start date is accurate then I agree with your math that gets
us up to a total of 127 days. I don't know how many "rain" days ISI has
requested to this date. Is this something that we want to send to ISI to
see if they agree with your numbers?

Oncor is having to relocate several power poles on the west end of
Creekview. Because they will be relocated in the City's drainage easement,
the City will need Oncor to submit a drawing. Would you please e-mail me
sheets 2 and 3 of the plans so that I can forward them to Jim.
