Sorry! Here is a copy of Change Order No. 2. I still haven't heard
anything from ISI regarding CO #2.
I was out for two days this week for a seminar. Danny told me there was
some concern over the 8" waterline quantity. I actually calculated a
quantity of 8" that was greater than what ISI had on their pay request. I
guess we can discuss this next week when Larry is back in town. He didn't
have any concerns about the 8" water line when we discussed it at our last
field meeting.

Here is a rough copy of Change Order No. 2. Hopefully this will address the
last remaining cost items for a while. I faxed a copy to Philip so he could
mark it up. I'm not sure on the quantities involved in the addition of the
fire hydrant. As soon as I get it back from Philip I will clean it up and
send it your way.
