I just received a fax from ISI requesting a letter approving the gabion wall
revisions. I've already put together a letter to that affect, but I just
wanted to check with you before I send a copy to both you and ISl. I've
already approved both revisions verbally.
The total change comes to $11,953.62.

I have not seen a letter, but I do not always see letters that are addressed
to Ken. I will check with him when he gets back and let you know. I know
that the issue has not been resolved yet.

Do you know if you or Ken ever received a letter from ISI regarding the
removal of the trees and the filling of the stock pond? I know that ISI is
still expecting to get paid for that work. I assume we are going to get
Change Order No. 2 started at some point for the additional gabions. It
would be nice to include everything in this next change order so that we
have a clean slate.

Suzan,
I just faxed you some information. The first letter is from ISI and Olden
regarding the first revision to the gabions, along with the sketch that they
provided. The second is a letter from ISI to T×U regarding a line they
encountered on site. I spoke with TXU today and they have resolved the
issue already. The third letter is from ISI and Olden regarding the latest
revision to the gabions that I discussed with Olden this morning. Overall
the gabion quantity has increased by 89.5 cubic yards for a total cost
increase of $11,953.62.
