Suzan,
I just got a call from Dennis with ISI regarding the letter to proceed for
the fence. I dropped a letter in the mail to you last week approving the
costs. If you haven't received yet you should receive it today. I am going
to fax you a copy right now. Apparently the fence is ready to go so they
are looking for the OK to proceed.
