Larry said that you could fax me a copy of the information you got for TXU
regarding the street lights. He said he wanted me to take a look at it to
make sure we have everything covered. I told him I would talk to Philip at
ISI regarding the deletion of the street lights from the contract.

Construction Meeting Comments
1.Barrier free ramp at Station 27+26 refers to detail on Sheet 22. The sidewalk has
been revised at the intersection and the detail on sheet 22 is no longer applicable.
Should this barrier free ramp should also reference SD-7.
2.Parks and Leisure will eventually construct a fence on the north side of Creekview
Drive. Fences are usually constructed along the right-of-way line. The sidewalk in
the areas of 1+50 to 4+00 and 20+00 to 23+00 will conflict with a fence
constructed along the right-of-way. We need to determine the location of the fence
in these two areas.
3.STREET LIGHT FOUNDATIONS
TXU DETAIL 213-330
Install all conduit per TXU contract specifications.
Install all street light foundations per TXU contract specifications.
Install all wiring and connections per TXU contract specifications.
TXU to provide layout design for all overhead lights AND place on foundations.
TXU to make all electrical connections and power up.
TXU inspector needs to be on-site when the cable is laid. ISI needs to call
either 972-253-2466 or 972-570-4135 several days before the work is to be done
so that the TXU inspectors can schedule their time.
4.Approval of rain days requested by the contractor.
5.Cost of fence.
6.Tree removal outside of the limits of the right-of-way in the area of the stock pond.
