I must get an "Agreement for Street Lighting Service" signed by someone at the
city before I approve the design. To whom should we send it?
Also, I found an error on the drawings. TXU does not have any power poles in
Freeport at or north of Ruby. All are GTE poles without power lines on them. I
will therefore have to serve the two light poles in the island in Freeport,
north of Ruby, from the TXU pole approximately 70' from Freeport on the south
side of Ruby. Approx. 190 ft. of conduit will be needed.
