As to relocations, the poles at the intersection of Ruby and Freeport are GTE,
not TXU, poles. I will verify conflicts north of Rudy, but I believe those
poles are also GTE.
Crestview has TXU poles only on the two ends and they are not in conflict with
proposed construction.
I will have final information on the proposed light pole wiring later this week.
It is my understanding that underground conduit will be installed by others.
The same being true for Freeport island lighting at and north of Ruby.

The contractor for the above referenced project will stake the project next week
in anticicpation of starting excavation the week of November 26th. Can you tell
me the status of the TXU relocations - has there been a determination made as to
the extent of the reloctions and a time frame for them to be relocated?
