Once I get the pricing information from ISI, I will fill out the Change Order and fax it back to you. I probably won't get anything until after Thanksgiving. Did you send a copy of the sign detail to ISI? Larry and I talked about the lights a little yesterday. I suggested that we let the Contractor put in the conduit and the bases and let TXU set the poles and run the wires. I think this is how is usually done anyway. At some point we will need to run this by ISl. I know Larry is concerned about the lead time required to order the poles. It might be worth trying to arrange a meeting with TXU to discuss what it is we want to do. We probably need to talk to ISI first. Chris ..... Original Message .... I have not heard anything from him yet. We do not have any specifications on the street lighting and I am not sure if TXU will give them to us. We can not pull the lighting out of the contract without some sort of compensation for the contractor. You can not take 25% out of a major item without renegotiating, much less 100% of an item. I will fax you a copy of the change order form - just fill it in by hand, fax it back, and we will prepare the final copy. >>> "Schnitger, Chris" <cschnitger@sradesign.com> 11/16 8:37 AM >>> Suzan, Larry said that he would send me an example of a Coppell change order form. I told him I would e-mail you so that you might remind him. You can fax or e-mail a copy. Whichever is easier. If you fax it I will have it recreated on the computer. I don't think the Contractor will have cost for the fence before Thanksgiving so there isn't a rush at this point. Larry also told me that he is looking for you and I to stay coordinated on the latest with TXU and the streetlights. He mentioned pulling the lighting out of the contract and giving it to TXU. I am going to look in the Contracts and see what we can do. If you could just keep me up to speed with whatever information Larry gets from TXU. I would appreciate it. Chris
