Walk-thru Wynnpage Phase Il
1. JPaint sewer deanout lid red.
2. / Reset sewer cleanout so plug will come out.
3. / Need 18" X 18" pad on valve to vault.
4. ~/Vault needs drainage around top of vault.
5. V/Need paperwork on DC in vault, domestic & 2" DC and irrigation.
6. / Blocking under valves in vault.
7. / Brass plugs in vault (small-4).
8. ~/Curb stop cut off on 2' meters cut to ground high and capped.
9. ~/Brass plugs in dom. & irr. DC.
10. ~/ Letter from landscaper stating they will not cover meters, valves, or manholes, and
they will have drainage around vault.
11. --/Need cleanout cover on sanitary sewer west side.

/need to come directly to Rick O'Dell.
