Services: Proofrolling observation.
On this date, an HBC technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
proofrolling observation. The following was observed.
HBC's technician observed the proofrolling of the building pad subgrade. A blade, at an
estimated weight of 43,000 pounds, was used to proofroll the building pad subgrade. The
proofrolling was performed in a north/south direction and then an east/west direction in a
criss-cross pattern. (See the attached sketch.) HBC's technician did not notice any
pumping or material displacement.
