I have received two copies of the early grading plans. These will be
sufficient for the city's needs however, the contractor is required to keep
a signed set of plans on the job site at all times. Please submit as many
copies as you and/or the contractor will need for signatures.
The 2% engineering inspection fees for the grading portion of the job must
be paid prior to the release of the plans. In addition, a hold harmless
letter from the property owner is also required.
