provide the required bonds and return two of the originals at the preconstruction conference. One
of the copies is for your file.
The preconstruction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for Monday, January
6, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd.,
Coppell, Texas.
