Thanks for the good news. Our phones were having problems yesterday, but I
just called Ken as you suggested. We have asked Pacheco Koch to proceed
with a boundary survey and conceptual plan, so they should get started with
the survey work by the end of the week.

The Corp sent a letter agreeing with the study that the stock pond was not
under the jurisdiction of the Corps. The ephemeral streams on the property,
however are under the jurisdiction of the Corps but we will not be in the
vicinity of the streams. Ken tried to call but kept getting a busy signal.

Corps as a result of the last bit of information you sent them a few days
ago to satisfy their questions about possible stream impacts.
