We have had several phone conversations and meetings concerning the erosion control and lack of
erosion control on the referenced project. As you are aware, the developer/builder has agreed with
both Building Inspections and myself to make immediate adjustments to correct the problem. The
builder was told to make contact with the City as these adjustments were made, but no contact has
been made with the Engineering Department.
Once Again, it appears as though they are not in compliance with erosion control and drainage
requirements.
Please let me know what action needs to be taken to resolve this matter.
