10-07-O2 Jim Phillips said the relocations would start in early November. Requested trees to be removed prior to the relocation to expediate the relocation.
November 7, 2002 - relocation staked, poles will be 2 feet south of right-of-way.

Installed appmximataly 450 feet of the 8-inch sewer line. Completed 50% of all clearing and grubbing.
WEEK 2 (Dec. 23 -27)
Completed the installation of the 8-inch sewer line. Began installation of the 12-inch water line.
WEEK 3 (Dec. 30 - Jan. 3)
Installed appro)dmetely 1500 linear feet of the 12-inch water line. Uncovered the existing water line along Coppell Road.
