Suzan,
I have a copy of the right-of-way agreement that Explorer has with DFW Airport. They have a 10'
easement. I will make a copy of the ROW agreement and referenced exhibits and send them to you. I
have call into Patrick Nwakoby at Explorer regarding their cost estimate on the pipeline relocation. I will
call or a-mail you when I recieve the estimate.

Does Explorer have an certain-width easement that was granted by DFW or
do they have a permit to be on the DFW property. 1 will need a copy of
Explorers easement rights, do you have that or do I need to contact
Patrick. What size easement will we need to acquire? Ken does not have
a contact at DFW, so you can make the initial contact on the City's
behalf.

Following up on our conversation from last week:
* I spoke to Patrick Nwakoby at Explorer this week. We had faxed
him several exhibits on June 21, 2002 showing the existing 12"
pipeline
and the proposed relocation. Patrick said he reviewed the exhibits and
the relocation was acceptable to Explorer. The next step would be
getting approval and easement from DFW Airport for the relocation.
Should TranSystems contact DFW on the City's behalf, or is this
something Explorer may need to help us with. If TranSystems is to
contact at DFW, do you have a contact we could start with. Also,
Patrick
is working up a cost estimate for relocating the pipeline. I'll
forward
the estimate to you as soon as I receive a copy.
