Mr. Woods:
The City of Coppell has approved the early grading plans for the Deliman's
Grille. I have attached an Early Grading Permit application for you or your
contractor to submit for approval.
The City requires 2 sets of plans for its use. You should submit as many
additional sets for signatures as you and/or the contractor will need. In
addition, a 2% engineering inspection fee must be paid for the grading
portion of the work.
We also require a °hold harmless' letter from the property owner for all
early grading permits. The body of the letter should read something
similar to, ~IWe are aware that we are starting the dirtwork on
without a permit from the City of Coppell. We agree to hold harmless the
City of Coppell if there are any changes to the final drawing:'
